The programme is built around evidence based policy work. Papers that connect applied research to decisions being made now, in Nepal and across the wider region, are especially welcome.

Papers were invited across ten broad tracks.
Submissions closed on 30 August 2026. The guidelines below are kept for reference. Papers already submitted are with the Scientific Committee.
Email your full paper to conference.cedecon@cdec.tu.edu.np. Use the subject line FirstName_CAICE2026, replacing FirstName with your own.
Each paper should carry:
Between 200 and 300 words.
Five at most.
Fewer than five.
Standard academic structure.
Registration closes on 21 September 2026.
