The Central Department of Economics (CEDECON), Tribhuvan University, invites applications from eligible firms, companies, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and service providers for registration in the Standing List for the Fiscal Year 2083/84 (2026/27) in accordance with the prevailing Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations.

Interested applicants are requested to submit their application along with the required documents to the Department Office within the prescribed period.

Documents to be Submitted

Applicants shall submit the following documents:

1. A formal application for registration.
2. Company/Firm Registration Certificate.
3. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate.
4. Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest fiscal year or evidence of tax return submission as applicable.
5. Copies of relevant licenses or permits, where applicable.
6. Profile of the firm/company, including details of experience and major assignments.
7. Contact details of the firm, including address, telephone number, and email.
8. Any other documents required under the prevailing procurement laws and regulations.
