The Education Management Information System (EMIS) Committee has been established to
strengthen the department’s education management system by integrating technology, data
analytics, and efficient administrative processes. The committee aims to enhance the overall
academic and administrative decision-making through effective data collection, analysis, and
reporting. It operates within the framework of Tribhuvan University’s education management
guidelines and aligns with the directives of the University Grants Commission. The committee is
committed to ensuring transparency, efficiency, and informed decision-making in education
management. The following are the key objectives of the committee:

1. To develop a robust education management information system within the department.
2. To ensure efficient data collection, storage, and analysis for academic and administrative purposes.
3. To support evidence-based decision-making to enhance teaching, learning, and resource management.
4. To facilitate the digitalization of records and academic activities for improve accessibility and efficiency.
5. To contribute to national and institutional education policies through research and analysis.
