The Central Department of Economics (CEDECON), Tribhuvan University, is proud to host the 20th South Asian Economics Students’ Meet (SAESM), scheduled to take place from November 15–20, 2025, in Kathmandu, Nepal.

This notice invites interested students to express their interest in participating in the 20th SAESM.

Eligibility:

This is open to students currently enrolled in MA II Semester and those appearing for the MA III Semester final examinations.

Students who have expressed their interest in volunteering for SAESM 2025 are also requested to complete this form.

Please assess your availability carefully and indicate the dates you can attend. Failure to attend after expressing interest may disrupt logistical arrangements and result in the wastage of public resources. Such actions may also affect your eligibility for future departmental activities.

The purpose of this form is to collect information from interested students wishing to participate in the meet. Regular students at the department will be given priority.  Selected participants will receive an official invitation from the department. A conference pass will be issued to confirm participation, granting access to all SAESM sessions and events.
